Monona County Fair
The Monona County Democrats will have their regular booth at this year's Monona County Fair, located at the fairground north of Onawa. Candidates and elected officials will be on hand to meet and greet fairgoers and visit with those interested in learning more about
his or her campaign.
The Democratic booth will be staffed from Wednesday, July 14, through Sunday, July 18. A drawing will be held at day's end Sunday to give away the annual prize.

Monona County Democrats Central Committee Meeting
The Monona County Democrats' August Central
Committee meeting will be a potluck/barbecue at the Mapleton Park in Mapleton, IA, on August 12
at 6:30 p.m. Jody Ewing and Dennis Ryan will provide the hamburgers, hot dogs, buns and condiments. Those attending should bring a side-dish,
beverage, and their table service. Agenda topics include preparations for the upcoming Fall Rally.

Monona County Democrats Annual Fall Rally and Auction Fundraiser
The Monona County Democrats will hold their annual Fall Rally and Auction at the Blue Lake Shelterhouse at Lewis & Clark State Park in Onawa on Saturday, Sept. 25, 2010. The event will include a smoked pork chop dinner and fundraising auction following the dinner.
Candidates at the local and state level will be in attendance to speak and visit with area voters.
This is our biggest fundraising event of the year and all Democrats are encouraged to attend.
